About

International art and design education

Global Arts Education (GAE) was founded in London in 2017 by Jim Tindill and Gary Clough, who shared a belief that art and design education is at its best when it draws on perspectives from around the world. Combining Jim’s experience in international education with Gary’s decades of teaching and practice in art schools, GAE has worked alongside schools, universities and training providers in the UK, China and the US on academic advisory projects that connect creative students and institutions across borders.
